プレイヤーは初期状態で本当に小さな惑星。
他の惑星を吸収していきゴールの星をサテライトにするのが目的ですが、
自分がコントロールできるのは、他の惑星との間に発生する
重力と反重力の切り替え、それだけです。
もちろん現在の自分より大きな惑星にぶつかればミスになりますし、
自身が大きくなりすぎても身動きが取れなくなります。
自由に動くことのできないジレンマはかなりのものですが、
演出といい各面の構成といいよく考えられており、遊び方が解るとなかなか没頭できるかと思います。
(現に自分は買った日に一晩かけて隠し以外の面を制覇せずにいられませんでしたｗ；)

ただ…ミス後の復活時に動く方向ぐらいはコントロールしたかったですね（TT
高次レベルになると１ミスしただけで多重事故を起こし地獄直行という事も…orz
ついでに後半の面は、操作性を考えるととんでもない難易度になっており、ある意味一見の価値ありです（ｗ；

このシリーズは任天堂さんのユーザーに対する挑戦でしょう。
ゲームという存在がどこへ向かっているのか？
そんな小難しいことを問い掛ける意味でも有意義なシリーズかと思います。

このゲームはプレイヤー自身が小さい惑星からスタートして、他の星の重力を利用しつつ軌道修正をして画面内の惑星を取り込んだり、衛星化したりしていく惑星体感ゲーム（？）です。
操作が重力のみで移動する関係でちょっともどかしい感じもしますが、逆にせわしない操作系ゲームなどが苦手な人にはゆっくり楽しめる良いかもしれません。
宇宙が舞台なだけあって、流れる音楽も喜多郎のようなイメージ的な曲が多く、一種の癒しゲームとして愛用しています。

「GAME」の原点を目指したビットジェネレーションシリーズ。今作は宇宙に漂う惑星の重力をコントロールしていくゲームです。

最初は思う通りに動いてくれない惑星に、非常にもどかしさを感じると思います。しかしそれに慣れてくると、いわゆるこのゲームでしか味わえない世界観に酔いしれることが…出来る人は出来ると思います。しかし後半、ステージが難しくなってくると私はまた達成感がイライラに逆戻りしてしまいました。

レトロな形を目指したということなので、これくらい理不尽なシステムは付きものなのかもしれませんが、少なくとも今どきのゲームユーザーにはそこまでオススメできるものではありません。
