商品説明
「ブレストレーナー1個入り」は、正しい鼻呼吸を見につけるためのトレーニング器具です。いびきやノドの乾きなどをもたらす口呼吸を、シリコンゴム製の器具を口内に簡単装着・口を閉じたままに保ち鼻呼吸のトレーニングをサポートします。また口を閉じ舌を支える口輪筋を鍛えるトレーニング・ボタン付き。

使用方法
1、上下を確認します。平らな面を上にします。
2、唇と歯の間にはさみます。
3、舌アッパーの上に舌をのせます。
4、何回かつばを飲み込んで、吸い付かせセンターガイドがかくれるように唇を閉じてください。
5、噛み込まず、下顎安静位でご使用ください。(上下の歯が1ミリぐらい開く)
6、取り外しは、センターガイドをつまんで引くと簡単に取れます。
7、付けている違和感で眠れない場合、数日使用すれば慣れる人が多いようです。どうしても気になる場合は、起床時に装着し、徐々に慣らしていくことおすすめします。

使用上の注意
●定められた目的外に使用しないでください。●就寝前に口を閉じ、鼻呼吸できることを確認してください。●使用時に傷み・不快感があるときには使用を中止してください。●使用後および使用前に必ず洗浄してください。●本品は成人用です。乳幼児には使用しないでください。●就寝時、入れ歯(前の上下)をはずす人はご使用にならないでください。●鼻づまりの強い人は、鼻腔拡張グッズと併用してください。

小さいころから口呼吸で喉が弱かったのですが、”鼻呼吸をすると良いらしい”という話を聞き、就寝中も鼻呼吸を心がけようと購入しました。
実際、これを正しく装着すると(はずすのは簡単ですけど)鼻呼吸しかできなくなります。
使い始めて８ヶ月たち、見事に鼻呼吸を会得できたと思います。
("１ヶ月が交換の目安"と書かれていた気がしますが私は２ヶ月で交換しています。)

装着すると気持ち悪くてなかなか眠ることができません。
眠ることができたとしても途中で目が覚めてしまいます。
眠りが深い人にはいいのでしょうが、私には合いませんでした。

小さいころから口呼吸をする癖があり、
1〜2年前（今25です）から稀にイビキが出るようになりました。（奥さんからの指摘）
まさか自分がイビキをするようになるとは思ってもいなかったので大変ショックでした。
イビキは周囲の人に迷惑をかけてしまうのでなんとか治そうとこの商品の購入に至りました。

使ってみてすぐにサイズがあっていないように思いました。
一応口を閉じていられるような感じではありましたが、
舌の裏あたりに位置する変なでっぱりが歯茎をいため、気がついたら出血していました。
その後も何度かチャレンジしてみましたが痛みで途中で起きてしまうため、今では使用していません。

口が大きな人にはイマイチな商品だと思います。
（参考までに私は身長187cmと少々大きめな男です。）
せめてサイズが選べればよいのですが・・・残念です。
