　０６年発表。前作「４」から６年ぶりとなる、再結成アルバム。メンバーは、Tommy Heart(vo)、Ule W.Ritgen(b)、Helge Engelke(g)、CC Behrens(dr)の４人。かつての僚友Andy Malecek(g)の姿はここにはない。
　音の方は、若干ヘヴィになり、ポジティヴな印象の曲が減った様な気がする。以前の様に、聴く者の心を奮わせる圧倒的な楽曲が少ない。とは言っても、このバンドのレベルの中の話で、他のメロディアスHRバンドのアルバムを遥かに凌駕するクオリティであるのは確かだ。中でも、（１）（４）（５）（６）（９）（１３）などは今までの幾多の名曲達に匹敵するであろうほどの珠玉の出来。
　ただ、嫌いではないが、手癖だらけでまったくと言っていいほど印象に残らないHelgeのギター・ソロだけはちょっと残念。エモーショナルなソロを弾くAndyの抜けた穴は結構デカイと思う。COME BACK, ANDY!!
　また、この初回限定盤には、今までの経歴を追ったドキュメンタリーのDVD付き（正直、一回見れば充分の内容）。

奇蹟の復活を果たしたメロディック・ハードバンドの最新作、通算５作目。

各メディアでは、完全復活！とか素晴らしい！とか、絶賛を浴びているが、個人的には正直、今ひとつ･･･。

解散後の個々の活動による成長の跡は確実に窺え、トミー・ハートのヴォーカルが逞しくなっていたり、バンドサウンドとしてのまとまりが強固になっていたりするものの、曲そのものの魅力が３ｒｄ、４ｔｈあたりと比べて弱く感じる。

一聴した感触は２ｎｄ「RAINMAKER」に近いが、いかんせんメロディが突き抜けてこないだわ。
これまでの最大のウリであった躍動感溢れる、今にも天にまで届きそうな盛り上がりが希薄･･･。
ヘルゲのスカイ・ギターも本領発揮とは思えない。

ヘルゲ作曲の、いかにもDREAMTIDEなメロディの＃２“Tell　Me　Lies”や＃６“Generation　Jedi”は悪くないんだけど、ウレの曲がちとキツイ。
正直、“Angels　Of　Heaven”や“Still　I　Believe”級のキラーが欲しかったかな。

再結成を祝して星４つだけど、本来は星３つって感じっす。
厳しいようだけど、それだけ彼らに期待してるものが大きいってことで（＾＾；

まあ、もっと聴き込んでよくなるかもしれんけど･･･。

曲は良くも悪くも哀愁漂うFAIR WARNINGです・・・、まあ当然か。
ただ、これはっていう突出した曲がなくてなんか盛り上がらない。
Andy Malecekが抜けたのはあまりに大きいですね。

通常盤買いました。やけに高い揚句、再結成ドキュメンタリーって…せめてライブ映像付けてくれませんかね。星いっこ減点。アルバム自体の内容は期待を裏切らない快作です。
