　ゲートさえきれいに処理してやれば、あとは素組み＋シールだけで鑑賞に堪えうるクオリティに仕上がるという完成度の高さは流石バンダイだなと。メッキパーツはアンダーゲートにしてありますし、模型初心者にもオススメの一品です。
　あえて文句をつけるなら、ツヤツヤの光沢処理がされている黒いパーツのランナーはアンダーゲートになってない事でしょうか。そのまま組み立てるとゲート跡が少々目立ってしまうので、本気で綺麗にしようとすると気合を入れて磨き上げるか、あきらめて全体をつや消しで仕上げるかのどっちかしかないのは少々残念だなぁと。

黄金のフレームに漆黒の装甲。不気味さと格好良さを兼ね備えたこのアマツに一目惚れした！
キットの特徴はゴールドメッキのフレームに、ＭＧキュべレイMk−２でも採用された「グロス仕上げ」の黒色装甲。塗装せずとも劇中イメージに近い仕上がりを楽しめるという、プラモ初心者や素組み派には嬉しい内容だ。
一方、塗装派に待ち構える困難「メッキ落とし」。さすがに全パーツをメッキ最下層の定着剤まで落とす、という作業は気の遠くなるような話なので、
ここは割り切って露出する合わせ目に段落ち処理を施すか、他のアストレイシリーズから共通部分を流用するかしよう。
とりあえず私はキットの特徴を活かして無塗装で飾っているが、塗装版も地道に制作中だ。

SEED 1/100シリーズでもずば抜けて完成度が高いアストレイシリーズ最新作。
基本的にはレッドフレームをメインに成形色を変え、追加パーツを付けた形ですが、元のレッドフレームからして既に劣化MGなので素晴らしい出来です。

バックに背負う「マガイノクタチ」ですが、こんな馬鹿でかいものを背負い、かつ展開しても直立できるバランスの良さには圧巻です。ごめんなさい舐めてましたバンダイさん。

完全新規構成である右腕は、可動範囲が広い左腕に見劣りせぬように1/100∞正義で実用された二重関節を導入。
メッキにグロス、充実した武装、広い可動範囲と弱点らしい弱点は
メッキとグロスくらいです。
塗装派には天敵かもしれませんが、素組でも満足行く出来の良さ。
細かいギミックまで再現されていて、製作側は本当にアストレイシリーズを愛しているのだと思います。

取りあえず、買いです。
作り終えて、市販の台座に乗っけて飾ると思わず溜息が漏れます。
