　元ＳＨＡＤＯＷＳ　ＦＡＬＬのヴォーカル、Ｐｈｉｌ率いる彼等のアルバム。

　何といってもＰｈｉｌがスゴイ！！
　今、アメリカには無数のメタルコアバンドが存在するが、そのほとんどがクリーンヴォーカルはフロントマン以外が務めている。
　そんな中、彼は高低の咆哮、美しいクリーンヴォーカルを歌い分ける。しかも、その使い分けは目まぐるしく変わっていく。

　さらにメタルコア特有の重いブラストも健在。

　また、このアルバムは１曲目からハイライトな感じだが、その後の曲も素晴らしい。
　欲を言えば、少しクリーンヴォーカルのパートがマンネリ化している感もあるので、今後に期待する。
　
　このアルバムを聴いて、ＳＨＡＤＯＷＳ　ＦＡＬＬは大きいものを失ったな、ということをさらに強く感じた。
　今のＳＨＡＤＯＷＳ　ＦＡＬＬに勢いが感じられない理由としてＶｏが大きな鍵を握っているのは、間違いないと思う。

　是非、メタル好きなら、このアルバムを聴いていただきたい。
　なぜなら、このバンドは、今後ＵＮＥＡＲＴＨとともにメタルコア界を引っ張っていくだろうから。

普段はブルデスとか聞いていてメタルコアには手を出さないのですが、友人に薦められて聴いてみたところ、聴けば聴くほど味の出てくるアルバムですね。
やはりVo.が与えるところは大きいと思います。
基本的にはシャウト・デスヴォイスとクリーンヴォイスを使い分けるという形ですがたまにガテラルとかも入っていて非常に聴きやすいところがありました。

特に1曲目はSaw3のエンディングテーマに起用されていて、知ってる方も多いのではないかと思います。

完成度の高いメタルコアバンドの名盤ですね。
これからはKsEをも超える存在になるのではないかと思います

本作でブレイクしたAll That Remainsだが、一通り聴いた感想として、今流行りのメロデス風メタルコアだな、と思った。
キラーチューンである１、２は正にそうで、アグレッシブなデスボイスとスクリームで始まったと思いきや、サビで途端にクリーンボイスでメロいリフと共に歌いあげる。
だがその破壊力は異常。今日のメロデス風メタルコアバンドの中ではかなりの高品質なのではないか。
ただメロいサビとそれに入るまでの展開の静と動が顕著すぎて、いまいち自然な感じにサビに入り込めない印象があった。
Vo.が歌い分けに長けているからこそ、その不自然さが顕著に表れた。

As I Lay Dying、Darkest Hour、Unearth等のブレイク中のメタルコアバンドの中で、私はAll That Remainsが頭一つ分抜き出ていると感じた。
演奏、歌唱力、曲作りにおいて質が高いバンドであると共に、これからのメタルコアシーンを支えていくであろう存在になる、と強く印象付けられた。
