2006 two-fer by this '80s British female Metal band featuring the albums Nightmare At Maple Cross (1986) and Take A Bite (1988). 20 tracks including 'Play With Fire', 'Back For More', 'Turn It Up', 'Fox On The Run', 'Love At First Bite' and more. Castle.

Album Description

Signing to Gwr Records in 1986, the Band Released the "Nightmare at Maple" Cross Album. Back in the Producers Chair was Vic Maile who Worked with the Band to Great Effect on their Hit and Run Album from 1981. Nine New Tracks and a Cover of Muds tiger Feet Indicate the Girls Wanted to Put a Bit More Glam and Razzamatazz Back Into Rock. Coupled with Nightmare is Girlschools Second Release for Gwr, "Take a Bite" from 1988. Producer for the Album this Time was Andre Jacquemin Best Know as Producer for Monty Pythons Flying Circus. A Cover of the Sweets fox on the Run is Featured on this Set. Elsewhere the Unmistakable Bass Tones of Lemmy Feature on the Track head Over Heels.
