西暦2015年。日本をはじめ世界中に“レミング病”と呼ばれる致死ウィルスが蔓延していた。感染者は自殺という方法で死に至るこの病。唯一の抑制方法が“日本のあるミュージシャンが奏でる音”を聴くことだという。希望もない絶望感に満ちた世界で、彼らの“音”は一筋の光となるのか…。

今までに観た事もない作品。
音楽性が高く、発想に溢れている。
ストーリーが単調なので飽きやすい方には不向きかも。

浅野忠信、宮崎あおいの演技は自然でイイ。
残念なのは中原昌也。
彼の演技力には正直、残念の一言。

あとは音量に注意。
夜に観ると近所迷惑になるかもしれません。

この作品は内容はシンプルでたんたんと進む映画です。 ただ音楽と映像がすばらしいです。 釧路を中心としたロケ地は静かな空気をかもし出していてよかったです。 その静かな中でのラストの浅野忠信のギター演奏は圧巻です。 ノイズ音楽に興味がなくても引き込まれてしまいます。 個人的なこの作品の欠点は映像で遊びすぎたかな?って思いました。でも静かであり爆音の世界観は結構好きです。 賛否わかれるとおもいますが、ぜひ観てほしい作品です。

ふいに空間を引き裂くようにして響く轟音は、この台詞の少ない映画にあって音こそ主役だというように主張しているかのようです。ガラクタ楽器もそれら一つ一つの造形が妙な愛くるしさをもったキャラクターに見えてきます。ウィルスに侵食され自死を選んでしまう人間こそが、この映画にあっては意思を失ったモノなのであり、そうした内面的なものをまるで信じていないかのようにストーリーは淡々と進んでいるかに見えます。彼らの主張は驚くほど少ない簡潔な台詞で率直に言い表されるので、そのあっけなさが、人間は必ず死ぬのだ、ということへの不可避的な肯定にも受け取れます。いくら主張しても自然には太刀打ちできない「内面」の希薄さは世界の隅に追いやられ、いくら耳をふさいでも脳を刺激し続けるノイズの不快さこそ世界そのものなのだということを、ありのままに描いた映画で、人間がノイズを受け入れるだけの器官となることへの肯定を描いた映画なんだ、という風に観ました。
