映画の中では、ワーグナーの陰の部分が現されていますが、彼の作った音楽は、やっぱり素晴らしいなと思いました。「トリスタンとイゾルデ」「タンホイザー」「ローエングリン」などの中から、映画に使われた曲が入っていて、映画を音楽にて回想できます。
他にも、このCDにはシューマンの「子供の情景」より、全曲が入っていて、ドイツ音楽の魅力が詰まった一枚です。映画のシーンでは、その中の一曲目、「異国にて」の曲と共に登場する、エリザベートが、とても美しく印象に残っています。「子供の情景」の中の曲は、映画では、ルードヴィヒと、エリザベートとの二人のシーンで使われていて、夢見心地な印象でした。ルードヴィヒの映画ファンには、ぜひオススメです。
