[DHA] DHAとは、ドコサヘキサエン酸のこと。DHAは魚の脂肪に多く含まれる不飽和脂肪酸です。すじこ、ハマチ、イワシなどに多く含まれています。DHAは体内でつくることができない必須脂肪酸で食品からとらなければならない栄養素です。

ＤＨＣ社、100円ショップ系の商品、その他製薬会社等、色々なＤＨＡとＥＰＡ剤を電卓片手に調べました。含有製油ではなく、ＤＨＡとＥＰＡ自体かどれぐらい入っているかを成分表で確認し計算したところ、本商品が一番コストパフォーマンスが高かったです。
