ダイエット食品に味を求めるのはナンセンスかもしれないが、おいしくないです。クッキーはパサパサだけど「まぁ、こんなもんか」という感じです。スープはほんと不味くて余らしてしまってます。

他の商品でおいしくてお値打ちなものも多いので、あえておすすめする理由はありませんね。にしても、60%オフだったので、まぁいいかと思ったけど、定価だとありえないですね。

安かったので買いました。

クッキー：変な後味が残る
コーンスープ：コーンスープではない。別の飲み物。おいしくない。

個別に食べるとおいしくないのですが、
クッキーを口に含んだ状態でスープを飲むとクッキーの変な後味は消え、
スープもコーンっぽくなり案外食べられる味になります。
失敗してクッキーを飲み込んでからスープを飲むと、
クッキーの変な後味が残った状態にまずいスープが追い討ちをかけ、
最悪な気分になります。

毎日食べるものなので値段が安いのは良いのですが、
3回ほど朝から最悪な気分にさせられたので★３ということにします。

スープはお湯の量にもよりますが、他社製品と比べあっさりとしていています。
薄味が好きな方には良いのではないでしょうか。
朝ごはんの代わりにしていますが、腹持ちも良くなかなか重宝しています。
