肩こり、腰痛、冷えなど、不調のデパート状態のため
気休めと思って購入しました。始めはゆるやかに
暖かくなり、最後の方で一瞬「熱かゆい」というか、
そんな感じになって燃え尽きます。すぐさま調子が
良くなるという訳にはいきませんが、付属のツボ表で
勉強にもなりますし、手軽にお灸ができて良いと思います。
結構煙くなりますので、換気と火の気だけはお気をつけて。
