　商品自体はいいですが、使い方の説明に足りない部分があるので星４つです。

　簡単な説明書が入っていますが、革靴の手入れ用品を初めて買った私としては戸惑う内容でした。理由は主に2点あって、一つは靴墨の缶の開け方が分からないこと、もう一つは入っている道具と説明書で使っている道具が違うことです。


　まず、靴墨の缶の開け方が最初分かりませんでした。缶の側面に金具がついているのですが、その金具がなんのためについているのかが分からなかったのです。ネットで検索して分かったことですが、その金具は缶のフタにあてながらまわして、テコの原理で固いフタをあけるためのものだそうです。
　私の常識がないだけかもしれませんが、初めて買う人もいるのだから説明書に載せてもいいのではないかと思います。ネットで見ていると、お客様相談窓口に電話をしたら、缶の開け方のマニュアルをもらった方もいるようですから、最初から入れておいて欲しいと感じます。


　次に、入っていると道具と説明書で説明するさいに使っている道具が違うことです。これも初めての人間からすると戸惑います。ネットで検索すれば解決する問題ですが、最初から説明書をきちんとしておいて欲しいと感じました


　説明書はイマイチですが、商品自体はすごくいいです。磨いた靴はピカピカになりました。GTのシューズキーパー（24.5〜27cm用）とあわせて使うと手入れもしやすく、見違えるようになりました。説明書さえ改善されれば、もっといい商品になると思います。
