「玄米は体に良い」・・・それは間違いではないが、あくまでそれを十分に消化吸収できての話。
現実は余程胃腸が丈夫な人でない限り、その栄養を十分に取り込む事は無理なだけでなく、胃腸に負担をかける事が多いのも事実。
リブレはそんな問題を見事に解決してくれるスグレモノ。
以前何度か玄米食にチャレンジしたが胃腸の調子が悪くなり挫折。
鶴見氏の本で知ったのをきっかけに無理なく玄米食を実現でき、体調も非常に良くなりました。
リブレにはホワイトの他にブラウンがありますが、ブラウンはクセがある(良く言えば香ばしい、悪く言えば焦げ臭い？)のでそういう風味を味わいたい人、あるいは直接食す人にはいいと思いますが、他の食材と合わせたり、あるいは玄米が苦手な人にはクセのないホワイトをお奨めします。
私は専らホワイトを使い、お好み焼きや団子等を楽しんでいます。

初めて使った時はうん？何これ？と言った具合でしたが
これ一つで　乳製品などを使わない
グラタンやクリームコロッケが作れます♪
