味は可もなく不可もなく、癖も香りも特徴的なものはなく飲みやすい。
カリフォルニアポピーのあの苦味にくらべたら数十倍のみやすいです。
気のぬけたセージのハーブティーといいますか、二番煎じのロースマリーのようなまろやかさ、といいますかちょっとぬるっとした舌ざわりのジャーマンカモミールの灰汁のない味。

ネットのうつチェックでは、重症うつというお笑い結果でしたが、実際問題として、他人と口を利くのも顔をみるのも億劫で、引きこもりよろしくここ２週間あまり寝てばかりいたので、
オーツがうつ症状に効くと調べていてみつけたので、購入してみました。
飲んだ後、妙に眠く、元気になるというよりも、安眠効果の方が主流なのでしょうか？

ただ、セントジョーンズワートが入っているのに、光毒性についての注意書きがないのがきになります。

追記：7008/01/16
対人関係のストレスで不眠（パキシル経験者に言わせるとうつの前段階のような感じだそうです）の妹に
「昼間飲むなよ。」
といって注意した後飲んでもらいました。
飲んで直ぐ感じたのは、肩から後頭部にかけて暖かくなり、軽くなった感じかあったそうです。
休みに入る場合はなんとなく効くようですが、休み明けにはイマイチのようです。
