私はビール酵母ダイエット―必ずやせる天使のダイエット (マキノ出版ムック)を読んでダイエットを始めようと思い、色々調べました。それで選んだビール酵母がこの商品だったのです。粉末でヨーグルトに混ざりやすく、非常に使いやすい粉末のビール酵母でした。ただ、味がいまいちなので独特の味が苦手な人はエビオス錠あたりを購入するといいと思います。不足しがちな栄養補給におすすめです。
