最初の数日は、はっきり言ってまずかったです。
普通の歯磨きとはちょっと味付けが異なります。
しかし、一週間も使い続けてみて、普通の歯磨きを使おうとすると刺激が強すぎて吐き出してしまいました。
今では、旅行にも欠かさず持っていきます。
石けんは磨きの中では、比較的売っている場所も多く、値段もリーズナブルなのでおすすめです。
ぜひ、何日か使い続けてみて下さい。今までの歯磨きがどれだけ刺激の強いものだったかわかると思いますよ。

石鹸ハミガキ初挑戦で、この商品を使いました。
ハーブの風味がリラクゼーション効果があるのか、気付いたら長いこと磨いていました。そのせいか、歯がツルツルになりました。
無添加で安心だし、合成添加物入りハミガキにはない気持ちよさです。やみつきになりそう。
スタンディングチューブだと、もっと使いやすくていいのになと思います。

「石けん派」は往々にして、合成界面活性剤を多用する「普通」のハミガキ粉が、体に悪いことや環境に良くないことを感情的に主張する傾向があります。
ですが、屁理屈をこねなくとも、石けんハミガキ粉をおすすめする理由はあります。

それは、「歯磨き後にも、食べ物の味が変わらない」ということです。歯磨き後に何か食べると変な味になる経験は皆さんお持ちでしょう。
普通のハミガキ粉にはラウリル硫酸ナトリウムという合成界面活性剤が入っていて、この物質が舌の「味蕾」に入り込んで、一次的に味オンチにさせてしまうのです。

石けんハミガキ粉は、泡立ちもいまいちだし、慣れないうちは爽快感もあまり感じられません。ですが、そもそも歯磨きに研磨剤は要らないのだし、水で口の中をブラッシングしただけでも十分なのだから、使うならばなるべく低刺激の方が体には良いことは明らかです。なので私は石けんハミガキ粉を選んでいます。

当初は、歯磨きした充実感がなくて、物足りない感じを受けましたが、慣れてくると逆に「普通のハミガキ粉」の強烈な刺激には耐えられなくなり、異常な泡立ちの良さが不安に感じるようになってきました。
「普通のハミガキ粉」を辞めるべき、とは言いませんけど、石けん歯磨きの方が健康的な生活を送れるのは確実です。
発泡剤が無添加のハミガキ粉は、COOPブランドがもっと安価で発売しています。パックスシリーズは石けんブームで、ブランド化しているので、ちょっと高すぎるかな。
