フロスはいくつか使ってきましたが、最近はこのクリニカ・ダブルフロスしか
使ってません。なぜなら・・・

・フロスの張ってある範囲が他のフロスよりも狭めで口の中が小さくても、奥
歯の方まで入れやすい。

・ピックが付いていない。これは賛否あるとは思いますが、個人的にはピック
は全く使わないので両側フロスというのはうれしいです。つまり１本に２箇所
のフロスが付いているということです。

・個別包装。確かにゴミは出ますが、他製品のように一度開封してしまうと、
封ができないものよりは、口に入れるものですし、個別包装の方が衛生的で
す。

けっこう個性の強いフロスで好き嫌いがはっきりとしそうですが、個人的に
は、「このフロスでないと嫌」というくらいに気に入ってます。


使用頻度は、何も毎日でなくても１ヶ月で一箱（２０本）使うくらいのペース
でいいと思います。とても忙しい方や頻繁に使うのは面倒だと言う方であれ
ば、週一回でも使わないよりはずっといいと思います。
汚い話で恐縮ですが、久しぶりにフロスを使うと歯垢がごっそりフロスに
ひっかかっていて驚いたことがあります。そんなわけでやはり毎日の歯磨きと
は別にフロスも使った方が良さそうです。

ちなみにフロスは歯と歯の間が狭い方向けです。歯と歯の間が広い方は、L字
型の歯間ブラシを使った方が効率的に掃除できます。
いずれも慣れるまでは鏡で口内を見ながら使うようにすると安全に使えると思
います。

何種類か渡り歩いた結果これに定住。
歯間に入れたときの感触がキーキーしないのと、奥の方にも入れやすいのがグッド。
