昔、他社のレシチンを愛用していて、このレシチンを購入して試してみましたが、
昔食べていた物と変わらない感じで、美味しいです。

私はそのままスプーンで食べているのですが、口に含んで噛んでいると歯にくっ付くのが気になりますが、
味もしっかり大豆の味がして、コクもあって、美味しいので、毎日食べるのが楽しみになっています。

美味しく健康を取り入れられるというのは素晴らしい事なので、
これなら続けられると思います。
