初めて使ったマルセイユ石鹸が、この石鹸です。

日本の石鹸と違い丸みを帯びたり、角張らないようになっていないので100gという量の割には大きく感じました。
女性の手で泡立てるには少し苦労する大きさと形ですが、それは、半分に切れば解消されそうです。

浴用タオルやスポンジにつけて泡立てる分には問題無く泡立てることが出来ました。
泡立ちも悪くなく、泡の持ちも良く、泡切れもスッキリ、洗い上がりはシットリしています。
そして、翌日にはツルツルしっとりスベスベ肌になり、その手触りに驚きです。

私は気になったのは最初だけで直ぐに慣れましたが、難点は匂いです。
原材料はパーム油やオリーブ油といった油。そして、無香料。
と書けば想像に難くないと思いますが、油の匂いがそのままで、例えるなら『油粘土』の匂いがします。
それほど強い匂いでは無いのですが、洗っていても洗い終わっても、この匂いがします。
ですが、数時間〜翌日には身体に残った石鹸の匂いはキレイに消えます。

使い始めてから暫くすると油粘土に似た匂いも弱まるみたいなのですが、気になる人はそれまで待っていられないかもしれません。

届いた後、使いやすい大きさに切ってから、風通しの良い場所などに数日〜数週間放置しておけば
ある程度までは匂いが飛ぶので、届いてすぐに使うよりは使いやすくなるかもしれません。

無香料、無添加。
とても環境にも身体にも良いことなのに、いざ目の前に差し出されると、良いことだと分かっていても、思わず『こんななの？』と眉をしかめてしまう…。
勝手なものだと思いますが、匂いさえ気にならなければ悪い石鹸ではありません。
環境にも身体にも良い石鹸です。

マルセイユ石鹸を1年ちょっと使い続けていますが、
匂いについては私はまったく気になりません。
初めこそ、香りの石鹸を使っていたせいか
オリーブ石鹸の独特の粘土臭さに驚きましたが、
使い続けていくうちに鼻が慣れるのか気にならなくなるし、
今は、この匂いがオリーブ石鹸と思っています。
何より使い心地が良いので、体はもちろん洗顔に使っています。
これを使いだしてから、洗顔した後の肌がつっぱらず乾燥がなくなりました。
ファンデーションのパフの汚れもすっきり落ちるのでとても重宝しています。

愛犬がこのマルセイユ石鹸を食べ物と間違えて食べてしまった時も
石鹸を吐き出すこともなく、ケロッとしていたのには驚きました。
ナチュラルだから、大丈夫なのかな？と妙に納得しましたが。。

オリーブ石鹸は一度使ってみて、自分に合っていれば使うってのが一番いいんじゃないかな。

市販のボディーソープでは体がかゆくなってしまうので、さるところでマルセイユ石鹸が良いよといわれたので購入してみました。使ってみて体がかゆくなるのがなくなりました（私の体では）。ただ気になるのはほか方のレビューにもありましたが、粘土のような匂いが気になります。ただ体を洗ってちょっとすれば匂いもなくなるのであまり気にしなくても良いかもしれません。あと泡立ちがボディーソープに比べると余り良くないのでよくタオルにこすらないとです。市販の石鹸に比べると割高感はありますが、一度使ってみると良いと思います。
