あまり食べられない方、胃があまり働かない方などにはかなりいいと思います。自分は食事20分前にこれを飲むと食欲がでて食べられるようになり、体重もだんだんとアップしてきました！MUSASHIの販売業者に問い合わせたところ、食事の回数を増やして（間食等）その前にも飲んでおくとより吸収力がアップして効果的だそうです。容量は少ないですが、これで約３週間はもちますので経済的にもいいと思いいます。
