少し前からダイエットをしていて今は停滞期・・。手軽にできる新しいダイエット方法を取り入れよう・・と探していたら出会ったのがコレです。ラクそうだし価格も手ごろだったので。。ただ、たいした期待はしていなかったのですが・・・。
意外とキツイです。ふだんいかに腹式呼吸ができていなかったか思い知らされました。
強さは3段階に調節できるのですが、始めは一番弱いのでもきつかったです。徐々に慣れてきて今では一番強いのでやってます。
毎日やってると、私は顔のむくみがとれてきたように思います。まだおなかの引っ込みまで効果は見られませんが・・・。

ただ、思っていたより見た目がちゃちなので（プラスチック製のホイッスルのような・・）星４つです。

うーん、なんだか全然良さが分かりません。上手く使いこなしてないだけなんでしょうか・・・？！
