なくても大丈夫、と思っていましたが、手のひらの感覚というのは意外に曖昧ということが分かり、購入しました。
これで客観的に測れるようになって重宝しています。

実は、これは2代目です。
最初に購入したものは安価だったのですが、温度計の部分がすぐ分離し、変なところにお湯が入って水抜きが難しいものでした。
こちらは高いだけあってさすがにそういったことはなく、安心して使えています。
大人だけが使うものだったら安価に越したことはないと思いますが、
分別の付かない段階の子供も触るものですので、買い換えて良かったと思います。

試してガッテンでお風呂の温度の大切さを放映していたので、
この温度計を買いました、いっしょにお風呂にはいっていると楽しくてリラックス出来ます。温度計の目盛りが大きく見やすいのも助かります。

パスタイムの際の湯温測定には必須のアイテムだけれど、本体のお掃除が難しい。
愛娘は、湯温計とは知らずに、よく、おもちゃとして遊んでいました。
使用後は、早めに、お掃除した方が良いかと思います。
