自信をもってお勧めします！！
葉加瀬太郎さんと葉加瀬さんの呼びかけに応じた日本を代表する６人のソリスト達による、Violin　だらけのコンサート（収録はザ･シンフォニーホール、Violinだけでなくバックのオーケストラもgoodです）。
このコンサート（収録分）には友人と一緒にいきました、クラシックあり、アイリッシュあり、クロスオーバーあり、最後は未来のバイオリニスト20名以上による演奏があったりと盛りだくさんのコンサートです。3時間半以上の公演時間にもかかわらず、コンサートホールは初めから最後まで感動の嵐が〜(^^♪〜吹き荒れていました。
葉加瀬さんとそのお仲間達に感謝です！！

バイオリンサミットというにはあまりにおそまつな内容です。

Ｊａｚｚ Ｖｉｏｌｉｎ には Ｖｉｏｌｉｎ Ｓｕｍｍｉｔ というは不動の名作 ＬＰ がありますが、
それにあやかることさえ不遜に思える内容です。

Ｎａｏｔｏ のグルーブしない、Ｓｐａｉｎ。
高嶋ちさ子の音程の悪い Ｍｅｄｉｔａｔｉｏｎ。
古澤巌にいたっては、アナクロなカントリーコスチュームで弾く Ｏｒａｎｇｅ Ｂｌｏｓｓｏｍ Ｓｐｅｃｉａｌ。
どれをとっても、これでサミットとはトホホです。

ただ一つよかったのは功刀丈弘のアイリッシュフィドル。それだけで星２つです。

この ＤＶＤ を高く評価する方が多いようなので、日本のバイオリンファンってその程度なの、といいたくなりますが、いやそんなはずはないと思ってこの評を書いています。

すくなくとも、この ＤＶＤ は今の日本にこんなバイオリンを弾く人もいるのだ、と言うことを知るためには役にたちます。
この ＤＶＤ を少きっかけとして、もっと多様な、そして本物のバイオリンを知ってもらえたら、と思います。

私がこのコンサートを観たのは、サントリーホールでの２日目。座席が中央の前から６列目だったこともあって、「もしかしたら・・・」という当ては大きく外れ(収録は大阪のザ・シンフォニーホール)たものの、ＤＶＤを観ながら再び感動に浸ってしまった。これほどまでに個性的なヴァイオリニスト６人が、ひとつのステージに揃うことはまずあり得ないだろうから、各アーティストが聴き比べられるだけでもお得な１枚だと思う。実際、同じ楽器であるにも関わらず、それぞれの奏でる音色がまったく違うことに驚いた。収録曲は、アンコールまで全て収録されており、ジャンルはおなじみのクラシック、ジャジーなもの、アイリッシュ、そして情熱大陸まで、本編１４２分と長めながら飽きずに楽しめる。アンコール３曲目に登場するスペシャルゲストは圧巻！注文を付けるとすると、全編ＭＣを切らずに入れて欲しかった。そうすれば、会場の楽しい雰囲気がもっと伝わったはずだ。
