人気アニメ「クレヨンしんちゃん」のエンディング曲「ありの歌」や「ポカポカ地球家族」(テレビ朝日系)のテーマ曲「空をこえて海をこえて」でもお馴染みのやなわらばー。全国各地で精力的にライブを行うなど、幅広く活動をしている。RYOJI(fromケツメイシ)プロデュースの今作は石垣島出身の2人が奏でる歌声が、今まで以上に心に響く名曲。

【アーティストについて】
沖縄県石垣島出身の二人組のユニット。「やなわらばー」とは、沖縄本島の方言で「やんちゃな子」という意味。二人は石垣島の高校を卒業後大阪の専門学校に入学、家族と離れて暮らす寂しさから二人で曲を作るようになり、その時作った「青い宝」がきっかけで音楽活動を開始。

たまたま、「らぶちぇん」の主題歌だったのを聴いた時、メロディーや、「あいやいやさっさ〜♪」という囃子がなんとなく気になってはいた曲なのですが、誰の、何という曲なのか分からず、そのまま・・・。
しばらくして、やなわらばーというアーティストだと分かった時、公式サイトでこの曲を視聴してみて、あの曲は、コレだったのか！と判明。
早速買ってみました。

やなわらばーの歌は、代表曲「青い宝」をはじめとして、石垣島の、青い海、青い空の光景が瞼に鮮明に想像できるような、そんな歌が多いですね。
澄んだ歌声、柔らかいハーモニー、三線とギターの不思議なコラボが、沖縄の風を連れて来てくれます。
沖縄音楽を現代風の感性でちゃんぷる〜（混ぜる、という意味）すると、こうなるのかな？というカンジ。
かといって、いわゆる民謡のように、ゆ〜〜っくり過ぎず、眠くなるわけでもなく。
沖縄に行ったことのない人でも、風景が想像できる、そんな歌。
この曲も、沖縄の、雨や風が目に浮かぶようです。オススメ！
