実際に手にしてみると、設定上のサイズもあるのでしょうが、他のHCM Proシリーズよりも一回りは大きいです（あのアッシマーですら小さく見えます）。

ですが、その形状、ギミックは過去に発売された1/144のプラモをはるかに上回る出来です。個人的にはこの仕様でHGUCとかでの発売を検討してほしいくらいです。

その反面、HCM Proシリーズの売りの一つであった内部構造の再現がありませんが、それを差し引いても十分に満足のいく内容です。フェイスマスクをはずしてのモノアイ可動だけでも十分です。

ヤクト・ドーガはその金色表現もあって、なかなか作りにくい代物ですが、完成品でこれだけの品が簡単に入手できるのは非常にうれしい限りです。

初回特典のデカールはネオ・ジオン系モビルスーツに共通で使用できるものなので、今後のラインアップにあげられているサザビーはもちろん、大期待のギラ・ドーガにも使用可能です（ちゃんとクエス用やレズン用のマーキングも用意してあるということは・・・ちょっと期待大です）。

今までのHCM-Proには無い重量感があります。
ハイコンプリートモデル（1/144のヤツ)を初めて手にした時の感慨が思い出されました。
サイドアーマー以外のバーニアがボールジョイントというのに驚かされますが、
そのサイズと、いつものパネルライン風塗装が無いこともあって
これまでの「ギュッと詰まった密度感」は薄まっています。（スミ入れでだいぶ印象は変わるでしょうが）
パーツ増加と組み立てを避けるためか、武器が薄いのが惜しまれます。
塗装の問題（ムラ・ゴミの混入・色味の違い等）は残念ながら無いとは言えないものの、
これを眺めながらHGUC・MG化を期待するのも、まだ見ぬクェス機に思いを馳せるのもよろしいかと。

立体化には不遇の逆襲のシャアシリーズ。
そのなかで小スケールながら、ギュネイ専用ヤクトドーガが出たよ！
カラーリング、スタイルとも決定版的な良いデキだよ！
ガンダムファンならハイコンプロでネオジオン軍を編成にキマリだよ！
