   2006年3月22日、TBS系で放映された嵐・二宮和也主演のスペシャルドラマ。原作は、10代の若者に多く発生する悪性腫瘍“ユーイング肉腫”に冒されながら、懸命に生き抜いた実在の少年、北原和憲さんの母・美貴子さんによる手記。本作には、生きることの意味や家族の絆の貴さが誠実に描かれており、涙なくしては見られない。特に、抗がん剤の副作用から脱毛が起きることを知った和憲（二宮和也）が、母（大竹しのぶ）に剃髪を頼み、「気合の坊主！」と笑ってみせるさまは、その気丈さ、せつなさに胸が締め付けられる。自分が精一杯生きることで、支えてくれる家族や友人たちの愛情にこたえようとする健気な和憲の姿はどこまでも美しく、いとおしい。（みきーる）

ユーイング肉腫という病気で、人生を19年で終えた北原和憲くんの実話を元にしたドラマです。
和憲さんのことを支える友人、先生、そして家族の温かさ。
和憲さん自身の強さと周囲の人に心配をかけないようにする優しさ。
観ていて涙が止まりませんでした。
人を思いやることの大切さを感じることのできる素敵なドラマだと思うので、是非一度観てみてください!!

映画『硫黄島からの手紙』を見て、その中で「二宮和也」という俳優の演技に引き込まれ、、、
この人は一体どういう俳優さんなんだ?と思っていると、嵐というアイドルグループだと最近知りました。
グループ名は知っていてもそのメンバーだとは知らず・・。
アイドルの演技だと馬鹿にしてはいけませんでした。
硫黄島・・より以前にドラマ化されたこの本作品も見てみたいと、、。
自分の事で精一杯の筈なのに、家族や回りの人たちへの思いやりの心を忘れない和憲くん。終盤になるにつれての、一言一言には涙が止まりませんでした。ほんと演技力ある子ですね。
俳優としての、二宮和也をこれからもっともっと見てみたくなりました。

メイキングを見て、この作品がとても丁寧に作られているということが改めて感じられました。大竹しのぶさんの、主演の二宮君のドラマに対するがんばりを話したコメントが特に印象的です。二宮君をはじめ、脇を固めるキャストの演技もすばらしいです。二宮君ファンは必見です！！
