前回のEP2に比べて梶浦さんは随分と耳に残る良い曲を作ってくれたなと、関心したのですが全曲入っていないとは・・・
しかも楽曲の半分以上が未収録となると厳しい。
サウンドトラックを買うということは、思い入れのある曲はもちろん、客観的には「大体の楽曲を聴けるのだな」と考えるのが普通なんでしょうけど、これは痛い。
「視聴者の集中力を考慮して〜」云々は本音というより建前にも聞こえてしまいますよ。
他に世論調査の結果によるベストならまだわかるが、選曲にも矛盾があるようだし、CDの容量も結構余っている。
もう少し切り詰めて楽曲を収録してくれてもよかったのではなかろうか。
返って消費者の不満を煽ってしまった様にも見える。

せめてタイトルロゴ画面で流れている「maybe tomorrow」のオルゴール.verだけでも入れてほしかった。

今回のアルバムでは
「fallout」「the battle of your soul」「rolling down the U.M.N.」「on our ways」「T-elos」「Febronia」「maybe tomorrow〜ending medley」が好印象。
「fallout」「on our ways」のように徐々に緊張感の張る楽曲も良かったですし、前回に比べて戦闘の楽曲はとても熱くて心に響きます。
「maybe tomorrow〜ending medley」は聴いている内に涙が出てくるほど感動。
最後のエピソードに良いエンディングテーマだったといえる。

収録してない楽曲が大半を占めているようなので、そこを埋めるアルバムを追って発売してほしいが、便宜上難しいのだろうか。
このままではちょっと消化不良。

　ゼノサーガの最後を飾る素晴らしい音楽。本来は６枚くらいになることを選曲して２枚にしたらしいが、個人的には選曲ミスだと感じざるを得ない。オープニングのオルゴールのような曲が無いのは、購入者全員が不満を感じるところではないでしょうか。他にもゆったりとしたピアノの曲が無いのが残念です。
　とは言ったものの、入っている曲自体に欠点はありません。hepaticaとかFebroniaとか大好きです。買って損したとは思ってません。欲を言えばFFみたいにDISC４枚にして選曲にもっとこだわってほしかった、、、メモリーカードケースが入っているところにCD２枚入るじゃん！

音楽の出来栄えで評価するのなら満点をあげたい所、

しかし、幾らなんでもファンを侮りすぎているような作品ですね。
本来ならCD６枚分になる所を、とコメントしてありましたが
普通、サウンドトラックを買う程の熱烈なファンならそれくらいボリュームが
あると逆に嬉しいはずです。

半分以上未使用曲っていうのも良くわからない。

個人的に５点満点中、２点くらいの満足度。
