店内に流れていたいくつかの音楽で、このサウンドに釘付けになり5分〜10分と時が流れてゆきました。実は「蟲師」についてはまったく知りませんでしたが、聴いているだけで心が洗われる気持ちになり、非常に心地良いです。アニメの話数ごとにエンディングが作られているというこだわりは、ひとつひとつの作品に対しての思い入れが感じられます。ブックレットにもありましたが「ほとんど全ての楽器を一人で演奏した」なんていうのも、サウンドの素直さが伝わってきます。このCDを聴いてますますアニメを見てみたくなりました。
長さ全48分29”・・・がちょっと短い気がしますが、寝る前のひとときにはちょうどいいかも。

このCDは、蟲師の世界観を完璧に表現しています。映像が無くても音を聴くとその話を観た時のやりきれなさやうすらさぶい感じ、様々な感情が呼び戻されてあの独特の世界に入り込めます。
何故こんな音が出せるのか､何故こんな音が作れるのか、これを作った人の感性は素晴らしいです。
原作やDVDを買った人には是非このサントラも前後同時購入をお勧めします。

「蟲師」サントラ二枚目です。
これも基本は前回と同じく、一つのストーリーに一つのイメージ楽曲というスタンスです。
「蟲師・前」でも書きましたが、民俗的なストーリーといいますか郷土に根付く世界観には日本伝統音楽としての良さである簡素美が似合うということでしょう。騒々しい音は必要ないのです。映像を語るのは音と音との間に在る無音であり、聴覚芸術である音楽であるのにかかわらず「黙して語らず」な世界観。無音を聴衆に聴かせるという、このサントラをして日本伝統音楽の一種の余裕さを感じさせられます。とはいえ、別に伝統楽器を使用しているというのではなく、「間（ま）」の取り方がそう想起させるだけですのであしからず。
しかし、前作のところでも書きましたが、アニメが在ってこそのサントラです。いい意味でサントラがアニメから一人歩きしていませんので、どうぞアニメとともにお試しくださいませ。
因みに星が４つであるのは、前作の方が好きなだけの違いを示しているだけで、比較して４つ半としておきましょう。
