ＴＶアニメ「ブラックラグーン」のＯＰ曲。
アニメの内容もドンパチと過激ですが、この楽曲もなかなか過激です。

スラッシュメタルやラウドロックのようなザクザクのギターリフにＭＥＬＬさんの
ディストーションがかかったボーカルが入ってくる・・・。（リンキンパークみたい？）
でもサビは、非常にキャッチーで楽曲全体はダンサブルでもあります。

『ラウドロック＋ハードテクノ』って感じに聴こえます。
私的には、I'veっぽくないと思うのですが、そんなこと関係なく『カッコイイ！』です。

重低音のリズムに、ざらりと加工された声が絡む。
ぱん、と張った、甘く艶やかな強い声が放たれる。
居抜かれて、音に溺れる。

全詞英語。日本語訳未掲載。
辞書を引き引き内容を掴もうとしたが、スラング辞典が欲しいところ。
こりゃ日本語訳、載せられないなぁ。
レヴィの、核としているもの。ぬるいあちら側、に住む身としてはキツイ内容。

初回限定版のほうは、「ＭＥＬＬの」ＣＤとしての装丁。
ＢＬＡＣＫ　ＬＡＧＯＯＮのアニメは一切なしで、堕ちた女神なイメージの
ＭＥＬＬ主演のプロモと撮影風景のＤＶＤが付いていた。
楽曲を楽しむなら、この通常版のほうがシンプルで安価。
Ｒｅｄ　ｆｒａｃｔｉｏｎの三展開なので、通してリピート聴きをしていると一曲のよう。

性能の良いヘッドホンで、大音量でどうぞ。

うっは〜、やってくれたな！というのが本音の一曲です。
アニメのOPを見て、こいつは絶対に売れると確信したほどのデキです。
高瀬作曲らしい重低音をズンズンドコドコと響かせる曲調は、
KOTOKOが歌うAbyssを連想させますが、それ以上の格好よさです。
低音が響く、スピーカーやヘッドホンで聴くとぶっ飛べます！（笑）
歌の後半からピアノ？の音が絡んできますがまた最高です。
