pop.TRANCE.ラテンと常に先鋭的で圧倒するglobeは他アーティストの偉大なるマンネリによる首位や、流行やカッコだけの見せ掛けとは比較なんて出来ない。

私はmaniacよりもglobe2派だったのですが(もっと言えばLights派です)、今回はややmaniacよりなミニアルバムです。

globeはスルメ曲が多いですが、今回も見事スルメです。特にnew dealは!最初聞いたときは、正直微妙に感じましたが…聞けば聞くほど味がでます☆
ただ、Soldierは前バージョンの方がよかったかも。まあ、好みでしょうけど…KEIKOの歌い方も違いますしね。

と、ゆーことで☆4つデス。もう1曲くらい違う感じの曲を、入れてくれたら嬉しかったなぁーと思うので。でも、まあ無事に出てくれただけよかったですがね。
前作maniacが好きならオススメです★☆

新しいサウンドアプローチとＴＫの思い切りを感じさせるアルバムです。
ラテン系の１・２曲目は"maniac"の流れを汲んでいます。ラテンといいながら、淡々とした曲であります。
３曲目"Hey Say Hey Yeah!!"も、イントロが淡々としていて、「うーん、物足りんなあ」と思っていたら・・・
さすが小室哲哉、ひっくり返すのが好きです。「プログレ小室」復活です。
間奏は完璧、プログレモードです。久しぶりに６分弱の曲に出会い、ほどよく
おなかいっぱいになりました。
４曲目"ALL HOPE"は、ウェストコーストっぽい、カラッとした陽性のサウンド。
３人がバランスよく活躍している"Love goes on!!"のような雰囲気があります。
５曲目"Soldier"は新録のボーカルと少し変更された歌詞に加え、生演奏で
とてもうねりのあるダイナミックな音に変わりました。
全体としては、後半の盛り上がりがよかったので、買い！のアルバムだったと
思います。５曲で正解かも。５曲通して聞くと、メリハリの利いた内容になって
いるなあと気付きます。
迷っている人、ぜひ買いましょう！懐かしいような、それでいてglobeとしては
新しい試みのサウンドになっています。
