フィギュア王の付録の零号機で思ったんですが、足アーマーと足首の接点同士が細い軸でつながっていて、可動させているとポチッて切れてしまいました。
あまり大胆なポーズで遊ぶとこうなる可能性がありますので、製品版では改良していただきたい所です。

従来のロボットのような巨大感や、重量感はあえて無視したまさに「人造人間」的なEVAには、そのコンセプトからプラモデル・可動フィギュアといったものではEVA本来の動きの再現がとても難しいモデルでした。
それを実現したのがヤマグチ式です。
単純な軸構造でありながら、思いもよらない方向への回転は、まさに「やられた」と思いましたね。
何故今まで誰も商品化しなかったのか。そう思うと同時に、それを実現した山口氏の技量にドギモを抜かれました。

そのヤマグチEVAをこんな低価格で手に入れられるのはまさに驚愕。
さらにリボルバージョイントの使用により、強固な関節保持でヘタらない。
この零号機は他のEVAシリーズと比べかなりシンプルなんで、動きのスバラシさが直に体感できます。

零号機本体は当然ながら同じエヴァシリーズである初号機と可動箇所＆範囲、そしてリボルバージョイントの配置箇所＆数も全く同じです。このエヴァシリーズはリボルテックシリーズでは最も可動箇所とリボルバージョイントの数が多く、これに「山口式可動」が加わったことによって最も多彩なアクションポーズが再現できる商品となっています。

また…低価格でここまでのアクションが楽しめるエヴァの完成品フィギュアは他に見当たりません。

リボルテックのエヴァシリーズ、エヴァファンならば１００％「買い」です。

付属するオプションハンドパーツはカラーリング以外は初号機と数量も種類も全く同じなので、初号機に付いていたデザートイーグルやパレットガンといった武器はそのまま装備できます。そしてもちろん零号機に付いているポジトロンスナイパーライフルも初号機に…。

零号機が初号機と同時発売になった理由…それはもちろん劇中のハイライトシーンである『ヤシマ作戦』を再現するためです。
初号機には零号機に付属していたポジトロンスナイパーライフルを匍匐姿勢で構えさせ、その側にはシールドを装備した零号機を配置…。

ファンは必ず零号機と初号機をセットで購入すべし！！

零号は地味だけれども、存在感は充分にある。こいつが活躍するなんて想像できない。でもこいつが全ての始まりだ。そうしてこいつが終わりでもあるんだと思う。
