ブラフマンのファンの方にはもちろん、ジャック・ジョンソンやDEPAPEPEのようなアコースティック音楽が好きな方におすすめです。
民族音楽（ピンと来ない方は『コンドルは飛んでゆく』のような曲調をイメージしてみてください。）のテイストが強く、どこか懐かしさと言うか郷愁を誘うメロディに、アコースティックギターとバイオリンの音色が心地よく響きます。
とはいえ、詞の内容から言えば、ブラフマン同様「孤独」や「痛み」や「自己の超克」がテーマとなっているので、音に宿るメッセージ性・精神性はハングリーでストイックです。
豊穣のリラックスミュージックでありながら、日々自分を追い込みながら日常と格闘し続ける人々にとって最高のサウンドトラックと成り得る１枚です。

声も音も、呼吸するような自然さで入り込んでくる。単に耳なじみがよいとかではなくて、深呼吸のようにじっくり聞いてもいいし、意識しない呼吸のように何か他の事をやりながら流してても全くじゃまにならない。
ただ、個人的に、一番好きな「Dissonant Melody」だけは、何をしててもつい手が止まって聞き惚れてしまうけど（笑）

少し物悲しさを感じる「Dissonant Melody」「Squall」「Harpe」、大らかさを感じる「Believe」「A Whole New Day」、ゆるやかなほどけ感タップリの「The Rain」、さばけた明るさの「Thank You」…。
「Thank You」は少しゴスペルっぽい歌詞も面白いですね。

まるで、美味しい水のような１２曲です。
この水は、是非ライヴで飲んでみたいと思わせます。

BRAHMANの四名を含むOVERGROUND ACOUSTIC UNDERGROUND、初のフルアルバム。その名の通り「OVERGRAUND」と「UNDERGROUND」とを繋ぐACOUSTICな音楽には強さの中に弱さ、弱さの中に強さがあり、静かで美しいメロディの中に激しさが籠められている。
作詞はほぼマーティン、日本語詞の部分のみ？TOSHI-LOWが担当。メインボーカルは曲によって違うがあまり違和感は無い。（ただ、TOSHI-LOWは舌に特徴にあるのでどちらが唄っているかはすぐに分かる）
アコースティックギターにバイオリン、パーカッションが加わりBRAHMANに垣間見られたエスニックな側面も持つ。独特かつ壮大な世界観は圧倒的な広がりと深みをリスナーに届けるだろう。
名盤です。
さて、この間実際に聞いてきたのですが…マーティンの楽しいＭＣ、感情が篭められた優しく力強いバイオリンの音。虜になりました。是非皆さんに生演奏を聞いて戴きたいです。

優しいメロディの中に何か独特の攻撃性が感じられる。ゆったりとした中にも彼ららしさがしっかり表現されている。アコースティックでは感じられない世界観がここにある。
