5.0 out of 5 stars コンパクトで丈夫なフライパンならコレ！, 2008/3/9
26cmサイズを使っていますが、一人分あるいは少量の料理を作る時のためにフタと合わせて20cmのコレを買いました。軽くて取り回ししやすいです。特に良いと思った点は、

１）底が厚めなので保温性が非常によい。製品説明書にも書いてありますが、火力を抑え気味にしても十分に調理可能で、従来だと強火でなければといけなかったのが中火でも十分です。お陰で燃費が助かってます。
２）オールステンレス製で丈夫なので、ガンガン使えてガンガン洗えて清潔です。中華鍋のように錆びることもなくメンテナンスに気をつかわずに済みます。
３）フタも一緒に買うと調理の幅が広がります。フライパン本体にマッチしてて綺麗ですよ。

丈夫でお手軽なフライパンとして愛用していけそうです。

安価なのにしっかり作ってあります。
熱の伝わりも早いし、少々焦げ付いても洗えばすぐ落ちます。
残念なのは取っ手の先端部分の裏側。
もう少し角を丸めて欲しい、触ると手に痛いです。

しばらく使ってみました。上記のコメントに変更はないのですが
だんだん飴色に変色してきました。
20年使っているWMFのステンレス鍋はそのような色の変化はありません。
モンパスタンのステンレスの材質は少し落ちるようです。
（といっても使用に支障があるわけではないですが)

フライパンの縁が外にカーブしているのは 炒めたモノを皿に
移す時など汁の切れが良く、フライパンの外側に着かないので
この点はなかなか良いデザインだと思います。
揚げ物をして油をポットに戻す際にも 油がフライパンの縁で
広がったりせず 狙い通りに注げます。

鍋はステンレス、取っ手はアルミととても丈夫で使いやすく、
軽い煮物、炒め物と多用途に鍋とフライパンどちらでも使えます。
洗うのもテフロンやフッ素加工もしてないので金属たわしなどでガツガツ洗えます。
ただ熱しすぎると魚屋肉類はくっついちゃうので向いてないかもしれませんね。
