自宅で大きなピザを食べたいと言う理由からこれを買いました。しかし、ピザだけでなくパン焼きや肉料理などのオーブン料理にも性能を発揮してくれます。２〜３人分の調理にちょうど良い大きさだと思います。

まずはなんと言っても付属のピザーストーンが直径30cmですから、大きなピザが焼けます。底と縁はカリッと、具の部分はジューシーに焼け良い感じです。ベーグルやマフィンを粉から焼く時も、庫内中央に向かって焦げ目が強く付く傾向がありますが実用上問題なく、温度設定通りに焼くことが出来ます。ミートローフやラザニアも表面を焦がすことなく内部までちゃんと火を通すことが出来るので、小型のオーブンやグリルとして期待以上の活躍で料理の幅が広がりました。

庫内の掃除は屑受けを引き出せたり側面も加工されていてたりするので簡単です。しかし、ミートローフを焼いた時に垂れた油を付属のトレーに受けていたのですが、トレーに落ちた油が焦げ付いてコーティングがあってもなかなか落ちませんでしたので、クッキングシートなどをトレーに敷いておくと良いと思います。

なかなか優秀な製品ですが弱点があります。それはトーストに時間がかかることです。きっと庫内が大きいためだと思います。ポップアップ型はもちろん小型1000Wクラスのトースターに比べても明らかに時間がかかります。しかし、この機種ならば食パンを一度に４枚焼けますので、4枚焼くのならばトータルの時間では２枚焼で２回焼くのと大きく差が出ないかもしれませんが、トーストに時間がかかるのが弱点といえそうです。

オイルヒーターも古いオーブンもデロンギで、性能やアフターサービスのよさはわかっていました。　古いトースターの具合が悪くなり買い替えを考えた時、次はデロンギとほぼ決めていたので、迷ったのはどこから買うか、だけでしたね。

オーブントースターにしては、かなり大きめ、でもすっきりおしゃれなデザインで、白が基調の私のキッチンにはピッタリです。　あれだけ中が広いと、お皿の暖めにも重宝しそう、かなり大きめのキャセロールも入りそうだし、オーブンの出番はなくなるかもしれません。　もちろん、トースターとしても優秀ですよ。　暑いので、あまりオーブン料理は作っていませんが、性能については古いオーブンの方もとてもいいので、信用しています。　デロンギ大好き！
