いわずと知れた、ＮＥＷＳの山下智久のソロデビューＣＤ。
ドラマ「クロサギ」の主題歌でもあり、多くの人が耳にしたはずである。
改めてＣＤを聞き込んでみると、彼の歌い方が実は非常に意欲的であることに驚かされる。
すなわち、与えられた曲を、言われるがままに歌わされているのではなく、自らのものとして歌い上げようとするガッツが感じられるのだ。
２曲目の「指輪」は本人の作詞作曲によると言うが、そうした挑戦にも、彼のアーティストとしての意欲的な姿勢を感じ取ることができる。
また、通常盤のみに収録されている３曲目の「向日葵」も、心癒される温かい一曲だ。
ゆったりとした歌いっぷりに、彼の歌い手としての可能性も垣間見ることができる。
歌手としての実力は、まだ必ずしも充分とは言えないかもしれないが、声質も耳に心地よく、姿勢も意欲的で、また表現力にも優れているという点で、今後の成長に期待できる仕上がりだと言える。

とりわけ山下君のファン、というわけでもないんですけどこの曲は好きです。
「じれったいのよ〜」のトコが山下君の色っぽさが出ていてイイです！

もうメロディーが頭から離れません。カップリングの曲もイイ曲です。。

以前から楽しみにしていたので、何回も聞いてしまうほどかっこよかったです。
カップリングの曲の『指輪』と『向日葵』もとても素敵な曲なので1度聞いてみる価値はあると思います。
