●AION
関西を代表するDeathrash Band。今や日本ヘヴィメタル、スラッシュ界の重鎮バンドのひとつ『愛音』ことAION。ギターのIZUMIの高速リフの壁や鬼気迫るNOVの歌声。彼らの凶悪な衝動が凝縮されている、説明不要のサウンド。
●alien 9 ball和製スリップノットと称される、異様なマスクで激しいパフォーマンスを展開するalienHball。その実力はルックスのみに止まらず、これぞ『ミクスチャー』と言うべきサウンドは他を圧倒する。構成メンバーの詳しくは公表されないが、各メンバーの経歴は相当なものである。
●ASTRO-B
「日本産の洋楽を世界に通用させる！」というコンセプトのもとにJUDO-MAN (G)とKiyomi Multi Color (Vo.)を中心に結成。1999年ミニアルバム「Space Camp」をリリース。世界各国より絶賛され、2000年3月、初のUSツアーを行いライブパフォーマンスにおいても熱狂的な支持を受ける。
●AXBITES
2003年、Galneryus の 山口"YAMA-B"将宏 とPOWERSQUADの前田"ANTON"英勝 により結成された正統派メタル"ロック"バンド。　2004年、1st.MINI ALBUM 「AXBITES」発売。その後、プロ野球再編問題の渦中において、「プロ野球選手会」と共に、パリーグ連盟歌「白いボールのファンタジー」をリレコーディング。選手と共にCD無料配布を行う。
●KAMIKAZE ROCK★S
次代のロックスター候補？と言われているナウォン・サンウ率いるエモ・メタルバンド。個性的なツイン・ボーカルのキャラクターがナンセンスで質素？な笑いを提供する。ソリッドなギター、緊張感溢れるボトムの共演が魅力的。ライヴパフォーマンスも期待を裏切らないノリと共有感を生む。新感覚の“歌謡メタル”。
●KYOUCA
元DECAMERONのnaokiを中心にkyouca、OGURI SHUの3人で編成されたユニット。kyoucaが放つ優美な叙情を広げたヴォーカリストとしての感性溢れるセンスが、ハード・チューンに一滴の雫で潤す。衝動的に心を乱打する疾走感のあるトラックと、ヘヴィ・リフで展開する。
●LEO PROJECT
70年代後期に結成された『MARINO』。81年にカリスマギターヒーローだった大谷レイブンが参加し、勢力的な活動を行い『関西３大メタルバンド』の一角を担う。85年に活動休止となるが、2002年に復活。そのフロントマンであるヴォーカル、吉田LEOのスペシャルプロジェクトバンド。
●NAOTO PROJECT
ヴォーカルに高谷学。ギターに東條成陽（Shige）と、木村幸司。ベースに奥田なおと（NAOTO）。ドラムに堀江睦男。そしてコーラスで増田寛子（KAN）参加の、超たかじんシンパバンド。
●THE SAMURAI DEBUTANTES
70年代ロックのコピーバンドとして活動。その後、QUEENの完コピバンド『GREEN』として好評を得るが、2003年のライブを最後に沈黙する。
●WINDZOR
1999年結成。地元姫路は元より大阪でも精力的にライブ活動を行い、2003年には関東、広島にも進出するなど活動を拡げてきたメロディックヘヴィメタルバンド。現在フルアルバム作成中。
●彩〜aja〜
2005年、京都出身の中野直樹と大阪出身の長尾成行を中心に結成。多様性で強力な電磁波を形成するギターサウンドを軸として、揺るぎない情に溺れソウルフルな肌触りの歌声とのシンクロが秀逸。

懐かしい歌謡曲がＨＲ／ＨＭのアレンジカヴァーアルバムと知り購入いたしました。

全曲がメタルのアレンジでは無く、ＨＲ／ＨＭに馴染みの無い人でも非常に聞きやすい１枚ですね！
逆に、個人的にはヘヴィメタル好きなので、少し物足りなさも有りです。

ただ、1曲目“銃爪”7曲目“やっぱすきやねん”をアレンジしている
AION、NAOTO PROJECT は良いですね！
原曲を崩さず、ガッツリ、メタルしてます！

懐かしくもあり、新しさもありと楽しめるアルバムです。

メタルのＣＤを購入したのは初めてなのですが、
昔の懐かしい曲のオムニバスだという事と、とっても聞きやすくアレンジされているので
ジャンルにこだわらずに楽しめたＣＤです♪
個人的には12曲目の“東京”が好きです！
いままではメタルに馴染みがなかった人でも、
充分楽しめるアルバムだと思います。
