   一体どういうことだったんだ？ 謎が謎を呼んだまま「鬼隠し編」完結。するりと物語は「綿流し編」に。これは同じ場所、同じ時代、同じ登場人物によるアナザーストーリー。こうやってさまざまなストーリーを重ねて観ることで、雛見沢村に潜む、恐るべき謎がだんだんほどけていくのだ。ちなみに「鬼隠し編」は22話（DVD第8巻）以降の「罪滅ぼし編」と対になっており、物語を読み解くヒントとなっている。さて、「綿流し編」はヒロインの魅音の双子の妹、詩音が登場する。彼女を軸に、魅音と詩音の複雑な関係が、すさまじい悲劇の形で描かれていく。不自然なレイアウト（カメラアングル）、すさまじい表情の変化、たくみな声の演技。どれもが恐怖のために存在している！（志田英邦）

2巻から一気に怖くなるひぐらし。3話冒頭からいきなり凄いです;;でも怖い話だけじゃないです。

可愛い声とそうでない時の声のギャップも面白い。梨花ちゃんの「みぃ」は必見ですよ。可愛いです☆個人的にはボク娘に萌えなので梨花が可愛いです。見始めたキッカケも梨花が気になっていたからだけど、まさかこんなにハマるアニメだとは…凄い気になるストーリーです。新キャラの詩音も良いし、自分は残酷なのは好きじゃないけどこのアニメは好きです。キャラやストーリーが惹き付けけられます。レビューにも書いてありますが繰り返し見ると切なくなりますね…人間の狂気の表情が何ともハマってしまいます。話は時間が戻って行くので難しいかも(?)また1巻から見たくなっちゃいます。私的にはオススメのアニメです。1巻と違い2巻は一気に凄いシーン出てきます(血)二回言っておきます(笑)全編に鳴くひぐらしの音も怖いなぁ。きっとこれからひぐらし聞く度にこのアニメを思い出すんだろうな。

・鬼隠し編ラスト、わけもわからず終わる、というのは原作通りですが、それに恐怖感がさほど伴っていません。魅せ方が下手なのです。
・部活シーンを削るという暴挙は相変わらずです。
・詩音：声はよく合っています。
・やや恋愛風味が強いので、その手の味が嫌いな腐女子には辛いでしょう。

鬼隠しから綿流し。新キャラの詩音が登場してこの村の謎を解いていきますが、段々と掴めそうですね…。
鬼隠しって、集団ヒステリーと言うことで片付けた方がいいのかな、取り敢えず。そういう捉え方も。
しかし魅音と詩音という双子キャラがあるところで入れ替わるということも演出かも。
