私が始めてのレッスンからずっと愛用しているＣＤです。
私のヨーガのレッスンはパワー系ではなく、
あくまでリラックス系なので皆さんの評判もよく、いろんなＣＤの楽曲と組み合わせて
約９０分にしているのですが、最後の２曲は必ずこのアルバムのＳＷＥＥＴ　ＡＲＯＭＡ
にしています。
波の音とピアノのやさしい音色がとても気持ちよく、私のシャバサナへの誘導も
スムーズに出来、みんなとても気持ちよく帰って行って下さいますよ！

このシリーズはお気に入りです♪

いいＣＤです。起伏も少なく、それでいて飽きのこない、しかも波の音など本当にまとまっていて、サロン向けにはピッタリのＣＤ。これならお客様も快眠できます。うっかりお店のスタッフまで快眠してしまいそうなくらい、いい出来です。

アロマテラピーのトリートメントのときに使っています。お客様もすぐにリラックスしていただけるようでトリートメントまもなく寝息が聞こえてきます。私もリラックスしながらトリートメントが行えるので愛用アルバムの1枚です。
