前作から２年振りの新作だが、Voのｼﾞｪｲﾑｽﾞ･ｸﾘｽﾁｬﾝ以外のメンバーは一新されている。HOLサウンドの中核であったｸﾞﾚｯｸﾞ･ｼﾞｪﾌﾘｱは「ｷｰﾎﾞｰﾄﾞﾌﾟﾛﾀﾞｸｼｮﾝ」という立場で参加しており、今回はBのｼﾞｪﾌ･ｹﾝﾄがKeyを兼任している。
「ﾃﾞｨｰﾓﾝｽﾞ･ﾀﾞｳﾝ」をベースに製作されたそうだが、ギターを前面に押し出したハードな曲が多く、随所でキーボードや美しいコーラスが顔を出し、１曲ごとのクオリティは非常に高い。そしてなんといっても、ｼﾞｪｲﾑｽﾞ･ｸﾘｽﾁｬﾝの歌唱が素晴らしいのだ。時にはロックし、時には情熱的に歌い上げる彼の歌唱は、HM/HRファン以外の人にも充分アピールできるものだ。是非多くの人に聴いてもらいたいし、聴いて損はない。
ただ、ひとつ残念なのは「個性」という点で若干弱いのでは、と感じるところ。他の似たような音楽をやっているバンドの中から、頭ひとつ抜け出す「強烈な個性」を感じることができなかった。しかし、それを差し引いても、優れたアルバムであることに変わりは無い。

House of Lords の復帰2作目であり、House of Lords のというよりは、これまでのメロディアス・ハードの数ある作品の集大成ともいうべき傑作です。
印象深いヴォーカルラインとメロディアスで強く主張するギターというコンビネーションは、ＴＥＮやＦＡＩＲ　ＷＡＲＮＩＮＧ、ＳＵＲＶＩＶＯＲといったバンドによる数あるメロディアス・ハードの作品群を思い起こさせるところがありつつも、James Christian の渋くかつかつてより情感を増したようにも感じられるヴォーカルもありこのバンドならではという個性を十分生み出していると思います。
ある時代であれば産業ロックと揶揄されるくらいキャッチーではありますが、ちょっと異質なボーナストラックに至るまでとにかくどの曲も１度で印象に残るメロディであり、これを産業ロックとして切り捨ててしまうのは、人生の損、いや、このメロディに心動かされないようでは人間をやっている意味はないとさえ思えるほどの捨て曲なしの快心の作品です。
