Import only 17-track CD album - the classic 2000 remix album of 'The War Of The Worlds' gets a make-over, trimmed from two-CD's to one complete with a tracklisting overhaul comprised of remixes by Todd Terry, Ben Liebrand, Jeff Wayne, N-Trance, Dario G and others plus 3 previously unreleased remixes and 2005's hit remix of 'The Eve Of The War' by Tom Middleton. Album Description

Single Disc Edition of 17 Remixed Tracks from Jeff Wayne's 1979 Monumental Concept Album Opus "War of the Worlds", Based on the H.g. Wells Novel. The Original Songs were Performed by the Likes of Justin Hayward, Julie Covington, Phil Lynott, David Essex and Narrated by Richard Burton. When Interest in the Album Reignited in the Early 1990's, the Sony Label Commissioned a Number of Remixers to Update the Backing Tracks for the Dancefloor. Among Those who Participated: Hybrid, Papa Ootzie, Todd Terry, Tom Middleton, Ben Liebrand, N-trance, Max Mondo, DJ Zube and More.

前作「Jeff Wayne's Musical Version of The War of the Worlds: ULLAdubULLA-The Remix Album」のVol.2です。
当然アレンジされているのはJeff Wayne'sの「The War Of The Worlds」からREMIXされたものです。
しかし、Vol.2なのに、17曲中10曲がVol.1の「ULLAdubULLA-The Remix Album」からと言う変なVol.2です。
当然前作に入っていない2,3,11,12,14,16,17のレビューとしてはこのCD一番の代表曲であろう3のThe Eve Of The War(Tom Middleton Feat. Richard Burton)と、12のThe Spirit Of Man (Spirit Of Dub-Tom Frederikse/Gaetan Schurrer)と、14のThe Eve Of The War(Ben Liebrand)の3曲でしょう。
中でも14はSpirit Of Manを歌モノハウスREMIXにしカッコよくなっていてよいです!
　前作が入手困難になっていて手に入れられない人は、ベスト版みたいなものだし、前作にも入っていた7曲目のThe Eve Of The War(Hybrid's Fire In The Sky Mix)が短いバージョンですが入っているので間違いなく買いです。
前作を持っていた人は、よい曲が3,4曲ほど加わっていると思って買うのがよいと思います。
当然原曲である名盤Jeff Wayne'sの「The War Of The Worlds」と一緒に聴きましょう！
