ＮＨＫの昼の番組でのトークと歌がとても素敵でこのアルバムを買いました。
若い頃のねちっこい歌い方と表情は好きではありませんが
他の人の曲を歌う事で改めてこの人の上手さ表現力を心地よく受け入れました。
最後のボーナストラックには圧倒され拍手を送って聴いています。

突然ですが、V系のシドやムック(もはや違う)の哀愁が好きな人は間違いないくハマりますよ。 いちご白書は限りなく哀しく歌い上げています。カラオケで、歌いたくなります。また、LOVE(抱きしめたい)や、スローモーションも哀愁。歌謡曲であります。元はV系のボーカリストの河村隆一。完璧に仕上がってます。独特の鼻歌も抑え気味です。聴いてみてください。

大ヒットの曲もあるが、どちらかというと大ヒットの後の中ヒットの曲が多い。
「原曲はヒットしなかったがカバーがヒット」という曲があるので中ヒットねらいは間違いではない。
彼みたいな特徴のある声の歌手は、静かな伴奏の方が声がよく聞こえて良い。
このまま静かな伴奏で、中ヒットの歌をカバーし続けてほしいが、さすがにカバーばかりだと営業がむずかしいだろう。
たまにで良いのでまたこういうアルバムを出してほしい。
