ダイエットを始めようかなと思い、前から気になっていたので購入しました。一日60分を毎日踏んでます。時間や踏んだ回数、消費カロリーが表示できる機能がついていて、どのくらい踏んでいるかや、足を止めると時間も止まってくれるので、自分のペースで運動できます。ステッパーをはじめて10日ですが、足（特にひざ周り）や腰周りの脂肪が少し取れてきました。体重、体脂肪ともに減少しています。私の場合、朝は玄米フレーク、昼は適当に、夕食は玄米ご飯とおかずにし、2時間くらいあけてからステッパーを踏みます。踏む前には某スポーツ飲料から出ている軽い運動で脂肪を燃やすと書いてあるドリンクを飲んでからステッパーを踏みます。その間、給水時間を設けていますが、出る汗の量が半端じゃなく、かといってつらくもなく踏み続けていられます。テレビを見ながらステッパーを踏んで居られるので、気も紛らわせるし、結構お勧めです。無理なダイエットではなく、ゆっくりと健康的にやせたい人や運動不足の人にはもってこいの商品だと思います。

踏み込むので下半身強化という印象です。山登りしてるみたい。
疲労感はありますし、筋肉痛にもなるので、
筋トレ＋ウォーキングで、続ければ確実に効果は出てくると思います。

ただ、、開始15分くらいからキーキーと音が鳴り始めます。
せめて30分は続けたい！
けど、続ければ続けるほど、キーキーと耳障りな音が。。
夜使うことが多く、しかも集合住宅なので、かなり気になります。
今はもう使ってません。
