本当に二年近く待った甲斐がありました。前作をプレイした人なら誰もが一度は思った「アクションでやりたい」をこれだけのクオリティで叶えてくれるとは。おもしろすぎです。…ただ動作が重いです。買う前に必ずニトロのサイトにあるベンチマークでテストした方がいいと思います。

ニトロプラスの代表作『斬魔大聖デモンベイン』の続編にあたるのが本作｡
シナリオはほぼ一本道で攻略所要9時間弱と短めながら､
デモンベインオールキャストでお送りする荒唐無稽さを濃縮した
まさに劇場版のようなド派手な熱血スーパーロボットアドベンチャーゲームです｡
今度のデモンベインは3Dアクションパートもあります｡
やや操作が単純で比較的攻略が簡単ながらも､必殺技や奥義の演出も凝っていてなかなかの手答え｡

　正しい歴史に修正されたはずのアーカムシティに蠢く
　謎の紅い少女の存在を皮切りに物語は始まります｡
　前作でやられたはずのあいつもコイツも甦り､
　存在自体が消えた彼女達､そして我らがデモンベインも復活し､
　過去現在未来のありうる可能性を秘めたヒーロー達も集結する
　力強い怒涛の展開にハマること必至です｡
　
フルボイス化により､野郎心を掴んで話さない奥義発動時の熱すぎるセリフの応酬に心震えます｡
イベントCGの質の高さと枚数の多さにもあいかわらず手抜き無しです｡
一般向け(R-15)作品ながらも相変わらずの罵詈雑言の問題発言乱発具合もナイス！
さぁ！君もDr.ウェストとエルザの駆る破壊ロボに乗ってアナザーブラッドの陰謀を打ち破･･････あれ？

DX版には特製ブックレット(はっきりいって内容が薄いので不要)と
サントラCD(壮大荘厳な仕上がりが轟きます｡)に
ミニゲーム･都心復興デモンベイン(覇道瑠璃が主役でアーカムシティ復興に挑む！
暇つぶしに最適です｡何故か本編より時間がかかる(苦笑)を同梱しています｡

ノベルパートの部分は凄くいいです。
前作をプレイさえしていれば絶対に楽しめるでしょう。
問題はアクションパート。
コンシューマーでよくある、激しく動けるゲームを期待しているとしたらやらないほうがいいです。
あくまでもアクションはおまけという感覚でやらないとショック受けます。
スペック足りていてもこのゲームは微妙です。
デモンベインの動きがかたい。
ダッシュ時で方向転換するときに、なめらかに行かずにカクカク動くのが気に入らないです。
操作性がもう少しよければ楽しめたでしょうが、これはひどいです。
結局のところ、ストーリーを楽しむという気持ちでやるのならこれは良作。
アクションゲームだと考えるとちょっと微妙なゲームです。
