　Wayne Hussey率いるTHE MISSION。フォノグラム時代の2枚組アンソロジー。シングルのみに収められた 7" version を数多く収録する点が、それまでのベストと異なっている。また、未発表ヴァージョン、デモも数多く収録する。全曲リマスタリングされており、音質も良い。

　代表曲「Wasteland（未墾の地）」も今回はシングル・ヴァージョンでの収録。単に短縮してあるのではなく、ややヴォーカル重視で、音が綺麗になっている。ラジオ・フレンドリーな作りである。Wayne Hussey自身による曲解説の和訳・全曲の歌詞・和訳付きで、厚手ケースの豪華な作り。新作の日本盤リリースがない中、執念でリリースしてくれたユニバーサルに感謝。

　低音のディープなヴォーカルに、官能的な高音のギター。ロマンティックな歌詞。全盛期のミッションが、聴きやすいシングル・サイズで楽しめる。
