昔みたJAGATARAのLIVEでは、ほうかむりしたオバちゃんもパンクな人たちもなぜか一緒に踊っているのを見たけれど、モノノケサミットの野外のLIVEでもきれいなお姉ちゃんも、ホームレスの人達もいっしょになって踊るのです。エキサイティングです。
モノノケサミットの3枚目。
2006年のテーマソングともいうべき1曲目の「ああ、わからない」は軍歌をパロディーにした壮士演歌のカヴァーだけど、例えばアルバート・アイラーの音楽に軍歌のマーチを聞くとき、モノノケサミットの音楽に軍歌のメロディーをきいてしまうとき、そこに、音楽自体に、拮抗するパワーが生まれるのです。個人的には心のヒットチャートNO.1なんで是非流行ってほしいと思うのですが。
今回のアルバムは誰でも知っている「お富さん」、「ドンパン節」、「三池炭坑節」のほかに沖縄ネタの曲も３曲。
「くんじゃんジントヨー」は歌ものだけど「マジムン・ジャンボリー」、「チョンチョン・キジムナー」は楽しく踊れてノれる曲。７月のキネマ倶楽部のLIVEも大盛り上がり大会でしたYO。
一方で、再録のさらに美しく純化された「竹田の子守唄」とポスト・パンク版（？）の「竹田こいこい節」がまた心に染みるのです。ここはちょっと考えるところかも。1stALBUMと是非、聞き比べてみてください。
モノノケサミットは自分にとってはTHE POP　GROUPや20年前のSONIC YOUTHと同じくらいかっこよいBANDなのです。くやしいくらいに。

なお、中川敬さんがビクトル・ハラの「平和に生きる権利」をカヴァーしているA-MUSIKの2ndALBUMについて、マイ・リストのほうに書いておきましたので興味のある方は是非、ご覧になって下さい。

SFMSの久々の新盤、肩の力が抜けて楽しそうに演奏している彼らの顔が浮かぶようです。その分以前に比べて音も軽めでとっつきやすくなっているような。でも主張していることは一貫して反戦・反差別・弱者へのいたわり。選曲を見ればわかりますが、そこは揺らいでいません。相変わらずのSFMS（SFU）です。
ま、そんな堅いことを考えずとも一度聴いてみて。ふとした弾みに口をついて出てくるようなメロディーばかりです。

個人的には4曲目のくんじゃんジントーヨーがお気に入りです。大和言葉の歌詞も目新しいし、登川誠仁さんの「SPIRITUAL UNITY」（SFMSのメンバーが参加しています）に入っているver.とはまた違った味わいがあります。どっちもいいよ。

　歌心と本当のかっこよさ、世界遺産級のバンドです！１５年も聴き続けてますが、パンクだろうが民謡だろうがファンクだろうが、何をやってもかっこいいの一言だわ。言い過ぎでは無く、ソウルフラワーを聴かんと何か音楽人生で損するかも？いやー、ほんまにカッコ良過ぎだわ、多くの人に聴いて欲しい音楽や！
