仕事帰りに毎日料理をするのが億劫で、栄養がかたよらず簡単にできるものはないか
いろいろ探していたところ、電子レンジ料理に行き着き、購入に到りました。

汁物、煮物、炒め物の他、これでごはんも30分もかからずに炊けます。
(村上祥子先生の料理本も一緒に購入しました。)

1人暮らしなのでごはんをまとめて炊いて、1食分を冷凍しておくと1週間は持ちます。
電子レンジ料理は15分前後で出来上がり、とても美味しいので弟にもすすめています。

あと私はアパート暮らしで、ガスコンロではなくIH調理器を使用しており、
スチームオーブンレンジと併用して調理する環境のため、調理の幅を広げたいと
考えていたのですが、これを購入してからかなり幅が広がりました。

あと、付属のフタが大変便利で、ラップを買い足す必要がなく、エコな感じがとても気に入ってます。
