使用して1年くらいでこびりつくようになりました。
以前もT-falを使用して同様のこびりつきがあったので、その時は使い方が悪かったのかな?と思って二回目は慎重に使用したつもりだったのですが。空焚、過熱、金属へらの使用、金属たわしの使用は一切しなかったとはずなんですが。

かなり気を遣わないいとすぐに悪くなってしまうようです。
T-falのHPにこびりついた場合、ハイターにつけると良いと書いていましたがこれもダメでした。

一人暮らしの学生で、大食いで外食はいつも量が足りなかったです。
お金の節約もかねて、自炊を試みてきました。
前に使っていた普通のフライパンは加熱がいまいちで、焦げやすく、
洗いにくかったんです（もちろん最大な原因は自分の料理が下手だということです）。
とにかく、料理をするたびに本当に疲れました。
食べている間もフライパンの後片付けに悩まされておいしく食べられないくらいでした。
料理をあきらめる寸前、このフライパンと出会えました、ためしに買ってきて、
びっくりするぐらいよかったです。過熱は均等で早く、焦げにくくて簡単に洗えます。
一番うれしいのは毎回使ったあとピカピカきれいに洗えることです。
今は料理するときに、時々気まぐれにいろんな材料や調味料の組み合わせを試しています。
気軽で楽しい、僕の暮らしの中の大きな宝物です。

こちらのレヴューを参考に買い物しました。アマラルインスピレーションフライパンがよさそうだったのですが、もう販売がなかったので、ティファールのHPでこれが新シリーズらしいとわかったので買いました。
重さは思ったより軽く、とっても持ちやすい。取っ手の金具がフライパンの中についていなくて、汚れが入り込まなくて清潔。ふたは今までの２６CMのものが使えました。深さは二人分の野菜炒めが普通にできました。中火までと書いてあったので、そのとおりにしたら、気持ち水分が飛ばず、水っぽくなったような気がしますが、それほど気になりません。欲を言えば５ｍｍくらい高かったらいいかと思います。温度センサーは見づらかったけれど、なんとなくわかりました。ふちが斜めになっていて、最後くるんとしているので、皿に盛りやすかったです。
