テフロン加工のフライパンって炒めるのにはすごく便利なんですけど、折角くっつかないんだから、カレーとかシチューとかも作れたら、煮てる時に焦げ付きとかなくってお手入れラクなのになぁと思ってました。炒め煮するのにすごくいいのにと。
Ｔ−ｆａｌのフライパンは安い時によく買うんですけど、これなんかちょうどいい深さです。炒めた後すぐ煮込めるので、時間がかからない、肉汁とかも逃げない、何より焦げにくい。
いい買い物したと思いました。

もともと安価なテフロン加工のフライパンを使用していました。
そのフライパンと比較して、このフライパンが優れていると感じた点は下記の通り。

1. 油をひく必要がない（肉や魚にもともと含まれている油で調理できる）
2. 食材の中心部への熱の伝わりが良い
3. 深さがあるので、食材の量の多少を問わず、対応できる
4. 調理後キッチンペーパーでフライパンに付着した汚れを簡単に拭き取ることができ、水を汚さずに済む
5. 肉や魚の旨味を逃がさないために、調理のはじめに、食材の表面を十分熱くなったフライパンの表面に接させる必要がある。ここでフライパンの表面が十分熱くなったかを知らせるマークがあるのは目安になる。

　Ｔ−ＦＡＬのフライパンは二つ目ですが、以前使っていたものは、３年くらいで寿命がきてしまいましたが、そのフライパンと比べても今回のフライパンはかなり丈夫そうだな、というのが第一印象です。厚みがあるというか、内側だけでなく、外側も丈夫そうです。そして、なんといっても、汚れがすぐに落ちる！！！！これってすごく重要ですよね。以前のフライパンよりもその汚れの落ち方は優れています。また、高さがあるので、かなり多めに作ってもこぼれずに混ぜたり炒めたりできます。
