とにかく軽いです
二人暮らしのため20ｃｍというこのサイズが朝ごはんやお弁当にと一番
活躍するのでほぼ毎日使って約1年半、いよいよテフロンが一部はげてきました。
はげると途端にダメですね。
使い勝手は非常にいいので次も同じものを買おうと思います。
ただ、やはり消耗品だなぁーと、低価なので仕方がないですが。

軽くて傷が付きにくく、洗い易いのが良い点です。
今まで使ったテフロンのフライパンの中では一番焦げ付きにくく、
しかも表面の加工に耐久性があると思いました。一年半使っていますが、
まだ一箇所もテフロンの剥がれはありません。

問題はピッタリと合う蓋がないこと、油や水分が周囲にかなり飛び散ること、
やや安定が悪くて五徳の上で底が滑ること。
そして焦げ付きにくいという長所は、材料や調味料が鍋肌に馴染みにくい
という欠点でもあります。
例えば固い野菜やコロコロしたマッシュルームなど、鍋底を滑るばかりで
落ち着かず、熱効率が悪いと感じるときがけっこうあります。

フライパンなのに炒め物に使いにくいというのがちょっと皮肉です。
高温で煽って炒める料理には中華鍋を、短時間でできる煮物や
ソースの温めにはこのフライパンをと使いわけています。

フチのカーブが特徴の軽くてかっこいいフライパンです。
25cmサイズを見て、一人暮しには大きすぎると判断しこちらを購入。
インスタント焼そば（揚げ麺）にぴったりで、ソースの焦げも簡単にと
れました。チンジャオロースなども作りましたが、適量に出来上がり
簡単料理も楽しく感じられます。
作り過ぎたくない（食べ過ぎたくない）私にはぴったりの商品でした。
