　11人全員を細かく操作出来ない以上、味方COMの動きが重要だと思います。4バックにして相手のサイド攻撃対策にSBを大きく外にポジションエディットしてても勝手に中央に絞ったり、敵のスルーに対してCBが競り合ってシュートコース消すように走ってるのにキーパーが勝手に飛び出してきてループ決められたり・・(△押してないのに)。攻めは失敗しても点が入らないだけだからいいのですが、守りは上記のようなcomの動きであっさり失点すると一気に萎えますね。
　敵の1トップに対してCBが2人居て、1人が競りに行って負けて振りきられた時、もう1人がカバーリングに行って欲しいのに逆サイド（敵も味方も誰も居ない）方に走って行ったり・・ｗ　敵のGKがコーナーの方にダッシュしていってゴールががら空き、なんて事もありました。
　マスターリーグのオリジナル選手で難易度最高にして始めると全体的に能力がしょぼくて得点が取り辛い。その中で頑張ってどうにか1点取った後なんかにあほな動きされて失点するともう・・・ｗ　　
　ライン下げて裏のスペースを作らないように・・と思ってそういう設定にしてもcomDFは勝手にラインを中央付近まであげるし。とりあえず守備面ばっかりですが頭の悪い動きが多すぎます。

サッカーゲームとしては良作だと思います。ただどうしてもという不満はあります。

・コナミエフェクトがうざいです。個人の能力設定の意味0です。
　しかもそれでいて何点も(凄い人は30点程)入れられるのでゲームバランスが
　悪すぎます。
・ライセンスの取得が少し停滞気味だと思います。変な商品(犬の容姿パーツ)
　を入れる前にもう少し努力してほしいです。
・実況が少しくさい感じです。もっと現実味のある実況者に変更してほしいです。

それ以外は良い感じです。欲を言えばもう少しドリブル中のテクニックを増やしてほしいです。
シザースとエラシコ、シュートフェイント等では少し魅力に欠けます。
C・ロナウドやジーニョの技を再現して欲しいです。
あと実況の言語選択が復活してほしい・・・。

[補足]
最近になってレビューを見ていると批判している人は下手糞なだけという
方が多いですがそれは違うと思いますね。
このゲームに求めるのは試合の勝ち負けではなく試合の内容なんですよ。
例えどんなに点を入れても、どんなに勝ちつづけても後味が悪ければ
楽しいサッカーとは言えません。
コナミエフェクトがうざい理由は
'このせいで試合に勝てないから'ではなく
'このせいで試合の内容が後味悪くなるから'だと思ってます。

タイトルどおりです。
メーカーのやり口は既に明らかです。
毎回毎回膨大に出てくるユーザーの不満を決して一気には修正せず、欠点を残したまま出して、次回作を買わせようとしています。
８の時から散々言われていたMLの成長衰退のON/OFFが今回ようやく取り入れられたあたり、上記のような思惑が伺えます。
ライセンスも多分同様の手口でしょう。このままではおそらく完全実名化はないと思われます。プレミアとブンデスを取ったら、今度はセリエが取れなかったとか。
サッカーゲームはウイイレの寡占状態なので、こういう殿様商売が成り立ってしまいます。それぞれのユーザーがウイイレを良くしたいと思うなら、買わないことです。
新規の選手などに釣られてしまうのもわかりますが、そこは自分で作成するなどして堪えましょう。
とにかく、売れ続ける限り、製作者は意識を改めてくれないと思います。
